HOW TO ORDER
For commissions, click here for the order process or head to the commissions page in the look book, for all other orders, please see below.
Please get in touch with me by email - studio@hannahheys.com or phone - 07949793882 to place your order with the following information for each variety. An order form is supplied below:
- Design/collection
- Colour palette/materials
- Shape or choose 'pick&mix' for a variety of shapes to suit your design choice
- How many of each RRP price point
If it's your first order, please include your delivery and invoice address, contact name and phone number.
WHOLESALE PRICING/REFERRAL COMMISSION
All prices shown are RRP, wholesale pricing is available for approved retailers. Wholesale pricing does not include P&P unless previously agreed.
Please do get in touch via studio@hannahheys.com to discuss approval for consultants, designers and galleries for referral commission rates where appropriate.
PAYMENT TERMS
Proforma, via bank transfer, your order is only confirmed once I have received your payment. Please pay promptly as your items are not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is received if your item is in stock I will carefully pack and wrap your order, if made to order, the production process will begin. Please note carriage will be charged at cost.
Please note that Hannah Heys Handcrafted Textiles & Ceramics is not VAT registered.
LEAD TIMES
Lead times will be confirmed once your order is placed, please let me know if you need items for a specific date and I will work towards this where at all possible. Additional guidance below:
STANDARD - As standard, processing lead times for pieces that are already made can be up to 2 weeks from receipt of payment, at busy times of the year and for large orders this might be slightly longer.
MADE TO ORDER - For pieces made to order, the lead time is 1 month as standard, but can be up to three months for large orders or at busy times.
COMMISSIONS - For standalone commissions, lead times will be discussed during initial consultation as design and development time needs to be taken in to consideration.
RETURNS
All items are handmade to order, orders are a firm sale and can't be returned unless an item is damaged or faulty. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact me within 5 working days.
Once you place your order, you'll be sent a press pack of promotional branding and images of a selection of your chosen products that you're welcome to use on your website and socials to list and promote your purchases.
RESALE
If Hannah Heys products are listed online, credit must be given to Hannah Heys in the product description. Retailers may not resell Hannah Heys on any 3rd party online platforms such as Amazon, Not on the High Street, Ebay etc. without prior permission in writing.
All vases are hand thrown and figurines are hand sculpted, this is not high volume production pottery, so shapes and decorations will vary from piece to piece, this is a part of the one-off nature of each item.
