Postage & Packaging

We endeavour to ship items within 3 working days of your order being placed, if you require an item urgently, please state this within your order form and we will ship as soon as is practical. Please see the announcement banner on the website for dispatch updates. If there is a delay in shipping, this will be displayed along the website banner.

All items are sent tracked where possible.

International Shipping

When ordering items to be delivered outside of the UK, you may be required to pay Taxes and Customs Duties before your items are released from Customs, please ensure that you are aware of your local Tax and Customs duties. If these costs are not paid, then ALL postal and return costs will be deducted from your refund, along with an admin fee.

If you would like an item shipped to another country we can provide a bespoke shipping quote, get in touch with me directly at studio@hannahheys.com and I will put together a quote for shipping and customs duties for your country.

Refunds and returns

If you are unhappy with your item or have any questions prior to purchase, please get in touch via email in the first instance at studio@hannahheys.com.

As all my items are one-offs, each case will be dealt with individually, please note all information on item descriptions and do get in touch if you have any questions prior to purchase. Discussions regarding refunds or replacements cannot be undertaken after 28 days of original purchase, refunds and replacements cannot be offered on commissions and bespoke items.
